Stratford, East London - Hybrid Remote

£28,000 to £37,500 + Training plan + Progression + Holiday + BUPA Healthcare

Amazing opportunity for a 2nd line engineer looking to gradually bridge the gap into 3rd line support whilst working within a close knit, friendly and supporting MSP exposing you to the latest and greatest technology!

This opportunity will suit an IT support engineer with 2nd line experience that is looking for a customer facing role working across multiple sites in London as well as office and home based near Stratford!

This growing IT MSP work with a diverse client base, from charities, School, Financial institutions & Tech start-ups. Through growth, they are looking for a Support Engineer to join their busy team working on the lastest emerging technologies.

In this role you will join a busy team assisting in supporting their growing number of IT Support clients. You will be responsible for resolving more complex issues 2nd / 3rd line issues. Hybrid working with travel to client sites across London will be being required. (Public transportation is fine)

The role:

*2nd Line support

*2 days a week on client sites & 3 days a week working from home or their office in Stratford.

* Environments - Office 365 / Azure / Servers / Networking / AD / VMware/ Windows & More

*Working with and resolving issues on a wide range of technologies

*Ongoing training and development offered as well as gradual progression into 3rd line!

The person:

*Experience in 2nd line support as a minimum

*Experience working with Office 365 / Servers / Networking in a 2nd Line capacity

*Great customer facing skills

*Looking to work within a MSP (Managed Service Provider)

*Happy to travel to client sites when required (No driving license required)
