Nigel Frank are partnered up with a leading Gold Partner to recruit for an opportunity that is PERFECT for anybody in pre-sales looking to move into the Cybersecurity space. The client are seeking a Microsoft Security Lead to come on-board and drive the next wave of service revenue into their Microsoft Gold Security team. This well-accredited team has been going through some rapid growth over the past 3 years (on average, 25% YoY growth over the previous 3 years).The successful applicant will be a senior consultant with a passion for being client facing and a passion for the capabilities of Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity. Once on board, you will help drive the growth within their cybersecurity team, one of their most successful areas in their business.This role will be an exciting challenge, in a technical and business-focused sense. It's an excellent opportunity to become their Microsoft Security evangelist, taking control of the first conversation with a client to the delivery of their solution.The position is remote with the expectation of occasional client travel through-out the UK, around once every couple of weeks.The main responsibilities of the role will include:Being a thought leader in Security, Compliance, and Identity technologies - driving an evangelising the organisations opinion on Microsoft SecuritySupporting the sales and marketing teams in industries such as: Healthcare, Local Government, Central Government, Education and Corporate help uncover professional and managed service opportunities.You will act as the SME, leading the first conversation to scoping and Statement of Work creation. You will have consultants by your side to provide assistance towards the more challenging technical elements but your focused will be expected scoping and writing SoW's to a good technical standard across the breadth of Microsoft solutions in both 365 and Azure.You will be responsible for the production of technical presales documentsYou will be involved in the qualification and bid process for new opportunities providing relevant technical input into the process.Cultivate strong relationships with the organisation's partner community to stay up to date with offerings and roadmaps and leverage this knowledge as an advisor to customersIn terms of the skillset the client are looking for. The only essential is that you possess multiple years of experience working within a pre-sales position, desirably 5+ years.Ideally, you will also have an understanding of Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity. Azure Sentinel, Windows Defender and knowledge on Azure and the M365 stack are ideal - but as long as you're willing to pick this up along the way, then you're okay!The position is paying up to £85,000 plus car allowance (10%) and a 10% bonus - although the bonus is not capped, if you do twice the work you will be rewarded with twice the bonus.To apply for this role, please send an up to date CV to [email protected] Don't meet all of the requirements above?
