This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business, in a Town Planner role within a mobile telecommunications environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, a strong interest in telecommunications, be comfortable building effective relationships with key stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of town and country planning legislation.

The Role:

*Managing a portfolio of sites to ensure the success of planning appeals and applications.

*Provide professional planning advice to internal/external stakeholders.

*Working closely with project managers, surveyors, designers, and other key stakeholders.

*Hybrid role, work split dependent on candidate requirements (can be fully remote).

The Person:

*Degree qualified in Town/Urban Planning or related discipline.

*Previous experience within a similar planning role in a mobile telecoms environment.

*Thorough understanding of Town and Country planning legislation.
