Production Team Leader (Nights/ 4 on 4 off/ Food Production)

£27,000 - £32,000 + Overtime + Progression + Training + Holiday + Pension

Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights, 6am-6pm, 6pm-6amExcellent opportunity to join a market leader at a growing site with access to training and clear progression structure.

Established for over 55 years, this industry leading company has grown massively since their founding to become a real force in the food industry. Their products are sold UK wide with a fantastic reputation on quality. Due to the continued expansion, they are looking to expand their team and are looking for a shift leader to manage the teams.

In this role you will be managing and leading two production lines, and ensuring that all production staff are trained to the required standards while ensuring diligence regarding the legality and product safety of all products. You will also be liaising with the management team to ensure consistency of operations between departments.

The company offers great training and always looks out to promote internally, so there are of chances of long term progression into a managerial role supported by training to assist with this.

The Role:

Production Shift Leader (4 on 4 off)

Carrying out improvements in production techniques

Ensuring all paperwork's are fully completed

Liaising with management teams

The Person:

Previous experience in a production/operations leadership role

HNC/HND/Bakery Qualifications (Advantageous)

Flexible approach to work and comfortable with 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Lives commutable to Oldham
