Are you a NOC Engineer who is looking for shift work? This particular opportunity offers a 4 on and 4 pattern working both day and night. Whilst playing a pivotal part within a managed service and telecommunications provider.

You will be here to ensure that we maintain high standards for our clients, all while dealing with any systematic issues when they occur, playing one of the most important parts of the team!

Our client is a well-established managed service provider famous for their high-level service and end-to-end support to small-large businesses including some of the biggest names in the industry. They are eager to recruit highly motivated aspiring engineers to work with a company that is going through its growth stage.

You will be responsible for supporting customers, and the service desk team, achieving SLA`s, backup & disaster recovery, and liaising with 3rd party suppliers for one of the market's best-managed service providers!

* Working onsite in Dorking on a rotation of 4 days or nights on and 4 days or nights off

* Using technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MCSE/MCITP,VOIP, Windows server 08 and above

* Working in a highly skilled small-sized team of like-minded professionals

*Supporting the customers, staff, and all systems making sure everything is running smoothly

The Person requires;

* Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing VLANs,

* Knowledge of Hypervisors Hyper - V 2012 R2 and above and VMware vSPHERE 5.0

* Wireless technologies

* Experience in installing, configuring, and managing switches & routers.

*Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server 2008 and above

*Strong experience with backup software, patch management deployment/Windows Software`s
