The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Quantity Surveying. You will be analytical, negotiation and decision making skills.

The Role:

*Manage all aspects of the regional office Commercial process. Including reviewing and approving the contractor build and compliance within the scope of works.

*Change management and client negotiation

*Based in the Telford office

The Person:

*Previous experience within Quantity Surveying

*Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

*Negotiation Skills and ability to communicate at all levels

*Driving license is essential
