Business Development Manager (Construction)

£60,000 - £80,000 + bonus scheme + progression

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager with experience in construction, to join a technologically advanced commercial interior design company, with the mission of market leader in sight. Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in the construction sector? Are you looking for progression into leadership, within a leading commercial fit out company? Do you want to work with blue-chip clients on technically advanced and diverse projects?

This commercial fit out company primarily focus on office fit out and supply to a wide range of blue chip companies. Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Business Development Manager with sales experience in the construction industry, who can contribute to their growth and success. The company actively encourage the development of their staff, offering a position with progression into leadership.

In this role you will be office based but also be covering sites across the North West. You will be overseeing all Business Development and sales process', engaging in activities including but not limited to relationship building, presentations to clients/engineers, marketing, networking and meeting sales targets.

This role offers progression opportunities into leadership, working on challenging and technologically advanced office fit out projects - in a fast paced environment, working alongside an established and experienced team.
