We know our relationship management tools are not fit for purpose and we need your knowledge and expertise to deliver a technology base that will enable us to achieve our mission.

As CRM Business Change Manager, you will be a vital member of the core team that delivers a 3-year project to bring in a new CRM platform. You will be responsible for defining how the programme benefits will be delivered, assessing the progress towards realisation, and achieving measured improvements in business process optimisation and operational efficiency. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure that the benefits laid out in the business case are achieved.

You will deliver the communication and engagement strategy and oversee the relationship with delivery stakeholders too. You will be the voice of the User Group, ensure user readiness for go live, coordinate training, and work with the other members of the team to ensure the transition phase of each deployment is beautifully delivered and disruption minimised.

For this role, you must have extensive change management experience and be used to working within a range of project management models, such as Waterfall, Agile and/or Lean. You will be a proficient user of project/ portfolio management software such as Asana and/or DevOps too. Comfortable assessing the impact of technical changes being delivered, you will excel at creating approaches, strategies and plans as well as delivering them. You will also have experience in developing training strategies and be adept at managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. A good communicator, you will be well organised, a strong influencer and have a keen eye for detail.
