Fantastic opportunity for a 1ST Line Support Engineer looking to progress into 2nd and eventually 3rd line with an exciting Managed service provider offering amazing technical variety in a growing business!

Our client is a well-established managed service provider renowned for their high-level service and support to small-large businesses including some huge names in the industry. They are eager to recruit highly motivated aspiring engineers to work with a company that is going through its growth stage.

You will be responsible for providing 1ST line support on and off-site for one of the market's best-managed service providers! Key duties include; 1st /line support to the highest standard whilst being the first POC for issues raised by phone or email. Using Active directory, Windows server 2008 and above.

This role will be supported with ongoing training, and offers realistic progression into 2nd and 3rd line!

The role:

* 1st Line support

* Working onsite in Dorking 2 days a week

* Windows, Active Directory, Networking

* Working in a skilled medium-sized team of likeminded IT professionals

* Ongoing training

* Realistic progression available into 2nd and 3rd line support.

The Person requires;

* Commercial IT support experience

* Windows experience

* Basic networking

* Active Directory experience

* Looking for technical progression into 2nd and 3rd line support

* Interested in training and development
