Monday - Friday (Days) ** Experienced in Residential & Commercial fit out ** This is an Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to join an established Interior Fit out Contractor. They are looking to add to their team with an experience Mechanical Technician to work on exciting projects

They speciliase in multi sector, luxury fit out & provide services to clients across London. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture, now looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team.

Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Mechanical Technician with design experience in commercial, Highrise, Hotels & Residential projects. The ideal candidate will be someone that can meet the higher demand and take them to the next stages of success.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in a business' ongoing success, assisting on exciting projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. The Role:Assisting the mechanical engineer with mechanical design and maintenance tasks.Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.

The Person:5 + years experience as Mechanical TechnicianExperience with high rise commercial & residential
