Lancashire County Council's in-house Digital Services team have created a new position for a Digital Business Engagement Manager to develop their career in a dynamic, innovative department with over 450 staff.
This vacancy will enhance your skills and experience enabling you to support the transformation of our Digital Services and make a real value to the Council and its residents. Your role will give you opportunities to:
Input into the choice of applications used by services across the council and ensure their functionality is exploited to achieve business benefits and improvements.
Manage a team of professionals whose focus is managing, monitoring and improving stakeholder relationships.
Manage portfolio and programmes across the entire County Council, advising on priorities, facilitating workshops and providing that link between the business and Digital Services.
Candidate:?We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is eager to develop their current skills to support our delivery of new projects and maximise the benefits of existing solutions. You will have detailed knowledge of
Establishing and nurturing successful links between a large Digital Services department and its stakeholders at strategic and tactical levels
Providing high level strategic advice to a range of business stakeholders related to major applications to ensure the systems fulfil their business outcomes
Planning future business improvement through exploiting applications' functionality and roadmaps, liaising with key suppliers.
