An enthusiastic Change Manager to work in the Service Assurance Transition Team within Digital Services at Lancashire County Council.

Our outstanding Digital Services require a decisive, technically minded Change Manager to come and join the Service Assurance Transition Team and hit the ground running - you will be responsible for managing all ICT Change activity using our ServiceNow platform, applying governance to change enablement to minimise risk and improve outcomes for our services.

This position would suit somebody who understands and is experienced in all elements of change enablement in a digital environment across technology and applications and will have a varied background in a range of ICT technologies and business applications, working with suppliers during the change phases of a project would also be an advantage.

What we are looking for...

Passion - you'll be passionate about ICT management itself and love what you do, passing on your knowledge and determination within digital services - this role involves following set processes and guidelines therefore attention to detail is an important element - we want you to engage the team by guiding them to ensure they follow effective change management, providing effective explanations about the tasks that are required, thus pointing them in the right direction - your eagerness to succeed with a warm and positive approach will contribute towards quality service delivery and ultimately achieving the desired targets.

Challenge - There is always a potential of resistance for those who may not see the importance of managing change, however with your excellent communication skills you will be able to demonstrate the significance of this service, the overall target is to achieve a smooth process so projects go live without any issues.
