They now require a Pre-construction Manager to provide their excellent negotiation, client liaison, and expertise in their discipline to help drive the company forwards.In this role your responsibility will exceed more than just costings, you will be the main communication between design and delivery. In this role you will 'wear many hats' and be expected to participate in aspects of estimating, pricing structures, programming & negotiation alongside other responsibilities in the field so the ideal candidate should be experienced, confident and versatile to perform a variety of different roles.
