Are you a Mechanical Project Manager with a background in leading engineering and design teams of electrical systems for high end commercial projects?

Through growth and success the company now requires a Remote Mechanical Project Manager to hit the floor running and help drive the company forwards with their projects in Maryland.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will provide mechanical design for a diverse range of commercial buildings including healthcare projects. You will prepare load calculations, select equipment, layout mechanical systems using Revit. Coordinate efforts between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural disciplines to ensure team collaboration in order to achieve project goals. You may answer contractor's RFI's and provide amendments along with written responses.

The candidate must have previous experience in Mechanical systems as well as being adept in project management, fee negotiation, proposals and kick off meetings. Knowledge of Revit is essential.

The Person:

* Experience with Revit

* PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity

* Knowledge of Mechanical systems, building codes

* Experience from similar Engineering design firm, Consulting or Architectural engineering firm

* Experience with project management, fee negotiation, proposals and kick off meetings
