Through growth and success the company now requires a Senior Mechanical Engineer to hit the floor running and help drive the company forwards.

As a Senior Engineer, you will provide the necessary technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the operating group. You will ensure total quality of all engineering efforts, appropriate fee development and timely billing and collection of project fees. You will assist the Director in meeting marketing goals, revenue projections and client expectations. You may serve as the Project Engineer when dictated by the project size, complexity or client request.

The candidate must have previous experience with engineering and design of Mechanical systems for Healthcare Buildings as well as being adept in project management, fee negotiation, proposals and kick off meetings. Knowledge of Revit is essential.

The role:

* Senior Mechanical Engineer

* Engineering and design of Mechanical systems for Healthcare Buildings - Hospitals, Labs, Care Homes etc

* Responsible for the financial, administrative and customer relations success of the projects

* Work alongside the Director in meeting marketing goals, revenue projections and client expectations

* Flexible remote work

The Person:

* Experience with Revit

* PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity

* Knowledge of Mechanical systems, building codes

* Demonstrated leadership with business development abilities

* Experience with project management, fee negotiation, proposals and kick off meetings

* 10+ years of experience leading the engineering and design of Mechanical Systems
