* EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS REQUIRED *Are you an experienced Mechanical Designer looking for a days based position in West Midlands with the opportunity to work on great projects? The company are a highly respected contractor in their field who provide M&E (Mechanical & Engineering) services to clients across all sectors of Construction. Due to a securing several new projects they are looking to expand their team with a Mechanical Designer that has experience commercial developments They are able to provide a position enabling you to play an integral role in company growth. This opportunity enables an individual to contribute to ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. The Role:Experienced on the contractor side (however not critical).Experienced with office fit-out work and the timescales that this work involvesOther works include schools, sports centres, hotels, showrooms, swimming pools.Experience working with wet heating and CHWS, 4-pipe FCUs, VRV, VAV, domestic water and public health systems.Capable of producing site surveys and validation reports.Preferably trained in EDSL, Tas and capable of producing load calculations.
