Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Contracts Engineer with experience in Mechanical & Electrical works & someone that can meet the higher demand and take them to the next stages of success. The role: She/he will carry out the following main activities: Overseeing the Engineering aspects of the projectsEnsure the spec's of the contract are followed by the contract holderManage the technical surveillance of the contract holderManage the resolution tactics for technical queries put forward by the contract holderOrganise & run weekly & monthly meetings regarding progress

Contract/commercial managementLook to improve contract toolsManage contractual discussions & clarificationsPrepare, analyse & review compensation events & early warningsValidate monthly payment applicationsPrepare and deliver reportingFinancial & progress reports
