I'm currently looking to recruit a fully remote Backend Developer with Node.js experience to work on several Greenfield projects to enhance an online sports platform. Their application is used globally with over 60,000 customers and growing! You will join a team of world-class and passionate engineers to provide the latest customer offerings, services and platform.The Backend Developer will need at least 4 years Node.js experience and will be working on overhauling and improving their current software components by producing world-class solutions. The Backend Developer will have the autonomy to contribute to the success of their critical applications by writing APIs and asynchronous services, working with TypeScript, collaborating with a team of 15 cross-functional engineers, and working with bleeding-edge technologies.Responsibilities for the Backend Developer:Write high-performant code using Node.jsImplement CI/CD pipelinesTake a lead role in the development of their Greenfield applicationsParticipate in code reviews and paired-programmingRequired skills for the Backend Developer:Strong Node.js knowledgeExperience working with serverless architecture (AWS Lambdas)TypeScriptComfortable working in a DevOps environmentThere are two positions available paying £80-£100k depending on experience.
