Are you a Project Manager looking to be the site lead on a new-build, luxury dwelling for an industry leading developer? Are you looking for a role that offers autonomy and stability, whilst earning a generous salary?

On offer is the chance for an experienced Project Manager to run a challenging yet exciting, bespoke development for a developer who build one-off luxury units. Due to continued growth and taking on more projects, they now require 2 Project Managers for 2 different sites on £5+ million builds.

This well established company have new build developments across the North-West and pride themselves on delivering high quality, luxury projects to their clients and have been recognised for their achievements from the luxury construction industry. They are currently in a period of expansion and they are now looking for 2 experienced Project Managers to each manage a new build site.

In this role you will be based on site and be responsible for overseeing a project from inception to completion, as well as traditional project manager responsibilities such as coordinating the design information, liaising with the client and key stakeholders, managing sub-contractors and being number one on site.

This role would therefore ideally suit an experienced Project Manager with experience in high-end builds, complicated internal fit outs and/or challenging, high -quality commercial builds. On offer is the chance to work on exciting projects for a growing company.
