Last year, our annual turnover was in excess of 6m consisting of services such as our first tier 40 seat inbound contact centre to smaller but key client services such as our Housing Legal Aid provision, which provides legal help to vulnerable people across areas within Greater Manchester.

We're recruiting for a Head of Technology and Innovation who will have key functional responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of our current cloud first infrastructure (utilising chrome hardware, Google workspace and MS Azure), as well as working strategically and collaboratively with other senior colleagues to drive forward our technology ambitions which include investing in  technology,extending our digital footprint and encouraging a more data driven culture.

Day-to-day you will oversee, manage and have dedicated support from a team of 2 full-time IT & Digital Support Officers, who's roles involve providing first tier support and resolution via our automated ticketing system, as well as having embedded capacity to support other activities and initiatives such as data analytics as required.

The successful candidate will need to have strong cloud architecture skills - knowledge and experience of working with chrome hardware, Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure at admin level, as well as proven experience of leading and getting the best out of a team. They'll also share our enthusiasm for innovative collaboration and driving forward our ambitions through the use of data and new and emerging technologies.
