Starting salary - £56,858 per annum plus attractive benefits

You will be based remotely (at home) in line with our agile working policy with the view to attend meetings in our office spaces in London and Haywards Heath when required.
Job summary
NAHT is looking for a Project Manager who has the experience and passion to motivate teams and deliver specific complex projects, from inception through to handover to business, ensuring the delivery of the project is successfully delivered within agreed time, quality, and budget. Projects are typically in the areas of people strategy and CRM.
The role will also support the review and refinement of existing business processes and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the vision of the Association.
Person specification
We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience of project planning and working with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, including monitoring, evaluation and within budget.
You will need to be confident dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and adapt their style of management and leadership to each situation. You will have the personal and professional experience to build and manage meaningful and supportive relationships across the team in order to deliver successful projects.
You will have the adeptness to tackle issues and problems in a logical way together with able to set high goals for self and others, focusing on the delivery of targets, quality and deadlines.
