We have been retained as a trusted recruitment partner to an established and renowned software solutions and managed services to the emergency service industry .

We are currently hiring for a Cloud Security Architect with Azure expertise to join their team on a permanent basis, the role is home based with some very occasional travel to client site/ their offices in Wiltshire.

Candidates must be eligible to undergo SC Clearance ( 5 years continuous in the year with no long trips overseas to gain this level of clearance and complete security checks)

The Cloud Security Architect will develop robust security architectures for the business, primarily with cloud-based services. Working alongside Head of Security to provide subject matter expertise in security requirements and product security improvements. Coordinate and maintain the delivery of security architectures liaising with internal functions and playing a key part in DevSecOps.

Skills required ;

Strong knowledge of formal security architecture frameworks.

Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure) and security best practices.

Awareness of industry best practices (such as OWASP and NCSC Guidance).

Experience in report writing, delivering presentations and developing dashboards / reports.

Experience in preparing and delivering reports highlighting risks for senior management.

Technical knowledge of information systems and networks.

Experience working in DevSecOps would be highly desirable

Salary: £75k + benefits
