Data AnalystSalary: up to 6.500EUR + stocksLocation: Helsinki. Ability to work fully remoteCompany:My client help health-conscious individuals improve their metabolic health by helping them understand what, when, and how to eat. With their mobile app talking to a wearable glucose monitor they translate complex glycemic responses into simple scores to help inform and motivate users to make the best choices possible for their metabolic health.They are a hybrid team of +30 people based around the world but mainly in Helsinki and New York.Responsibilities:- Optimizing their growth and marketing efforts by digging deep into data from multiple sources and coming up with actionable insights- Aiding the product team in making data informed decisions by creating product analytics processes, defining success KPIs, and creating product analytics dashboards- Doing ad-hoc analysis on the glucose and behavioural data from their users for their various data science based initiativesThis list is not exhaustive at all, and you'll have a lot of autonomy over your work.Skills they are looking for: - Good communication and interpersonal skills as part of a multidisciplinary and diverse team, ability to clearly visualize & present findings to non-data colleagues- Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach- Ability to work independently- Advanced SQL skills- Experience with visualization in Looker / Qlik Sense / Tableau / PowerBI / other- Experience with Python / R- Skills and experience in applied statistics- Experimentation experience (e.g A/B testing, other statistical tests)Bonus points:- Experience with product analytics tools (we use MixPanel)- Exposure to cloud based systems (ETL pipelines, various AWS services)- Knowledge of modeling and/or forecasting
