Are you a Chemistry / Science graduate looking to join an international manufacturer that will give you full training to enter a Quality Technician position with a view to step up into management roles soon after?

This is a unique opportunity to gain full Quality Control training and enter a key role in a large manufacturing site as a part of a Management Training scheme that will allow you to move to other key areas within the business.

The company is a specialist manufacturer in a stable industry that is growing rapidly into international markets. They are therefore looking for a driven individual to train technically and take an important role within the business.

Initially, you will take a hands on approach to monitoring finished products and implementing quality assurance processes on site. After success in this role, you will be trained to enter leadership roles to become a pivotal figure in one of businesses key departments (Operations, Technical Commercial, Sales).

This role would suit a chemistry graduate looking for a role with structured career progression, offering excellent training within a specialist industry.
