Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Driven Role - High Commission

Bristol City Centre, Luxury Offices

£21k starting salary + commission

(Year 1 expected earnings £35+)

25 days annual leave + bank holidays

As a 360 recruitment consultant, you'll be building your client base through sales calls, emails and building relationships whilst actively ascertaining their recruitment needs. You'll learn how to attract, engage and interview candidates & manage the process through from start to finish.

The Role

• 360 full cycle recruitment process
• Buiding a client base through research, cold calls, warm calls & relationship building
• Clients: Assertaining and understanding their recruitment needs
• Candidates: Attracting & interviewing high-calibre candidates
• Project management: managing the whole process, from understanding your clients business needs, to placing the successful candidate
• Become a market expert, consult with your clients and candidates
• Work within the US, UK or European Markets
• Specialise in Tech, Scientific, Renewable Energy or Engineering recruitment
