In this role you will join a team of 2 advanced IT Analysts, who will be there for any support and development you may require. Alongside a well mapped out onboarding process and a set of dedicated managers to help you settle into the company, it will feel like home in no time! As an IT Support Analyst, your role will include; Installing, configuring and maintaining software / hardware components, HP computers and Cisco network systems, maintaining and updating technical documents regularly, A mixture of remote and "hands on" support, repairing and replacing damaged computer / network components, testing new software/hardware before installation and more! The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science degree (or similar) have at least 2-3+ year's in an IT Support Analyst role (or similar), possess analytical skills for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing infrastructure problems, competent with strong problem-solving skills, ability to deliver targets, great working knowledge of AD / Azure, MS Teams, HP and Sharp printer, Windows 10, O365, ServiceNow and have the ability to work solo and as part of a wider team. The person

  • 2-3+ year's as a IT Support Analyst
  • Happy with onsite work (Newport office)
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft, O365, Windows 10, AD, Azure
  • Strong communication skills (Oral and written)
  • Able to meet tight deadlines to adhere to all relevant SLA's
  • UK driver's license (occasional travel to distribution centre in Essex)
