A well known Semiconductor company in the Munich area is looking for a Principal Digital Design Engineer to join their team! Your responsibilities will include:Development, implementation, and improvement of concepts of power management IC in the digital domain.Review the customer specification, provide the work-breakdown and effort estimation, assess the risk, and present the development results to customer.Define and optimise the development flow in the digital domain and synchronise the methodology with central engineering and other stakeholders.Align and define the methodology alongside with the given company objectives.Develop Ultra-Low-Power and Mixed-Signal products and act as the bridge between the analog design and functional verification department.The successful Principal Digital Design Engineer has the following skills and expertise:
Masters or PhD in a relevant discipline +10 years experience in the digital design of Mixed Signal ASIC product development.Expert in System Verilog RTL codingDeep understanding of the leading edge ASIC low-power digital design methodologies.Ability to work on concepts and having the full range visible down to the netlist.Design-for-Test is an implicitness of your way of working.Mastering structural checks by using Spyglass Lint, CDC and RDC.Proficiency in applying formal methods using Jasper Gold.Ability to plan the project and anticipating problems, risks, and pitfalls.Proven experience to work in an UVM based verification environment.For more information and to apply, please contact Ane @ IC Resources with your CV and a time that suits you for an initial conversation.
