The Company:I've recently begun working with a Stockholm-based product development company. They are looking for fullstack developers with a good background in .NET to join their team and assist the development of their core product, a cloud-based platform designed to streamline interaction between freelancers and employers. This facilitates processes such as handing in time sheets, paying freelancers and invoicing for hours, in a much simpler manner than is traditionally the case! Their product also matches freelancers to companies, making it much easier to find the right consultant for the right project. The company is growing at a fast rate and they are looking to expand further during the next year or so. This makes the company an attractive proposition to developers looking for rapid career progression - their employees have the opportunity to move through the company as it grows and assume more responsibility and seniority. Our client have fostered a warm, friendly culture in the last decade or so since they were founded, with employees with a diverse range of specialisms. Everyone aims to work collaboratively, aiming towards the common goal of improving the platform. When our client's product works well, every interested party is a winner!Requirements:You're required to have good experience working with .NET/C# and Azure, the key components of the role with our client. You'll also need knowledge of REST APIs, and databases in SQL. The product is fully cloud-based, meaning that you'll work with Azure a lot. They use the latest tech within the Microsoft development space, working on three separate services, each developed differently. This means you'll be involved heavily with greenfield development, and you'll be able to bring your ideas to the table - they work in a very flat hierarchy so your ideas will be heard and taken on board. The product uses .NET on the backend with React and TypeScript on the frontend, so experience working in a fullstack capacity is required. You'll also need good knowledge of APIs. You'll work with a great team of talented and experienced developers who will share their knowledge with you and guide you when you need it. This feeds into the huge opportunity for growth at our client, where you can take on extra responsibility in time as you get a better and better feel for the product. To apply for this position, send your CV via this portal or email it to [email protected] Alternatively, you can reach out to Ed Clark on LinkedIn to learn more regarding this position or others which are available at Nigel Frank.
