Salesforce Analyst - Fully Remote for Irish-based Candidates This global food manufacturing company in the Dublin area are seeking a Salesforce Analyst to join their rapidly expanding Service Cloud team. This position is open to anyone across Ireland as the business are happy to operate on a fully remote basis for the right candidate.If you are an enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst with a passion for learning and furthering your Salesforce knowledge then this is the best position and team for you to be a part of. Key responsibilities:Manage the CRM platform across the whole business for over 10,000 users across the globeSupport and suggest new projects for the continued improvement of the new Salesforce platform as the business continues to utilise new featuresGather requirements at board level from stakeholders to convert to a technical roadmap for the platformMaintain data quality and integrity via data analysis and introducing new process improvements to improve data inputYou will be in charge of the end-to-end configuration and change management of the system when improvements are implemented following an Agile/Scrum methodologyRun workshops with users to teach them how to use the system most effectivelyDay-to-day case management and system break fix Essential Requirements:Strong hands-on Salesforce experience is required with end to end configuration skillsAn in-depth declarative knowledge of the platform, particularly surrounding automation processes, validation rules, permissions sets and back end dataBusiness-facing capabilities and ability to engage with and gather requirements from key stakeholdersClear and concise communication skillsA desire to learn more and passion for the Salesforce platformSalesforce Administrator Certification Desired Requirements:Integration exposure between Salesforce and third-party applications, ideally with REST or SOAP APIsStrong process builder and workflow creation expertiseAny programmatic experience and exposure to Apex classes or triggers, Visualforce and Lightning Components would be a big plusExperience of managing a multiple location Salesforce org for at least 200 usersBachelors degree in an IT-related discipline If you are able to work freely within Europe and would like to discuss this and other exciting Salesforce.com opportunities in more detail then please send your CV to Tom Atkinson at [email protected]
