Functieomschrijving We are looking for a Junior Cyber IT Support Engineer to join Airbus Defence & Space at our Newport Site. We have a new opportunity for an entry-level IT professional to work with our expanding support team and receive mentoring from our highly-experienced Cyber experts. You will be the initial point of contact for customers advising on our cyber products, dealing with the reported issue or passing to the correct team member. Each day will be different, responding to different customer queries and issues on multiple products and where required, investigating and reproducing reported problems with other members of the team. You will need to be eligible to gain UK SC Security Clearance.At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Your Tasks & Accountabilities Supporting Airbus Cyber Security's cryptographic products protecting critically sensitive National and Commercial information Supporting users and maintaining equipment on internal and external classified networks Assist in the management of Incidents through the process lifecycle Triaging faults and reproducing in a System Reference Model Assisting with the testing and verification of newly developed software releases Desired Skills & Experience IT related degree Knowledge of: ITIL; Software Development; Networking; Windows Server Management; ESXi; Desktop Windows Maintenance Not a 100% match?
