My client in the Renewable Energy/ Net Zero ecosystem is looking for a Head of Investor Relations to help lead and build up their Investor Relations function in London. You will be responsible for capital raising, planning, and stakeholder management. A key part of the role is marketing, ensuring their brand is well positioned within the capital markets. You will support the company’s capital raising efforts by closing the current round, then through to IPO and beyond. You will create strategies around capital structure optimisation and test the demand for various types of capital.You and your team will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to diversify the investor base, investor reporting, updates and events and roadshow planning and management. In addition you will create and develop content for marketing, pitch books and product and quarterly investor letters.
It is expected you will have a proven track record of success in fundraising activities with expertise in private equity, venture capital, and public markets investment. You will have exceptional communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
