£50,000 - £65,000 + Autonomy + Private Healthcare (Family Included) + 23 days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Great Pension + Life Insurance An excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager or Director to join a market leading agricultural supply company, having autonomy over all onsite operations as you use your expertise to improve a broad range of areas.On offer is an key role with responsibility for delivering ambitious production results. This is a unique opportunity to put a stamp on a whole sites operations and to continue the company's reputation as a market leader.This business are a long established player and trusted supplier to the agricultural supply trade providing a range of diverse activities including feed supply, fertiliser manufacture, grain trading and shipping services. They are part of a larger group that provide the agricultural industry with the finest supplies in the UK.In the role, you will be responsible for the overall development and performance of the organisation's manufacturing and operational activities, including facilities and health and safety management. You would need to be a multi-faceted individual, who is adept in planning site activities and have great communication skills. They are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the manufacturing, processing and supply industry, with a focus on the health and safety of operations.This is a great opportunity to put your stamp on a sites operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You should be proficient in a manufacturing and operational background and not afraid to get involved.

In this role you will:Identify and continuously optimise and improve the production, maintenance and H&S standards and processes on the site.Planning and handling site and production changes.Comply with the company's obligations under Quality Compliance and Health and Safety Schemes.Oversee the management of the site, cornmill production, site vehicle movements, health and safety and maintenance departments (approx. 40 people).
