A unique opportunity for a Building Surveying with excellent project management skills, looking to join a leading and expanding company, who can offer specialist training and the chance to progress your career.Are you a Building Surveyor with strong project management experience? Would you like the chance to train and progress within a specialist industry?Established for over 30 years this world renowned company specialise in material testing and site investigation services for a huge variety of clients around the world. They are the leaders in their specialist industry, and with the recent winning of a number of high profile contracts they are going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking a Surveyor to join their expert team.In this varied role you will be tasked with project managing a range of surveys on sites around the UK. This will involve leading investigation teams carrying out inspection, surveying & measurement techniques on a range of structures, whilst also recording engineering observations through note taking, sketches and photographs. Along-side this you will receive specialist industry training and have the chance the progress in to senior positions. Due to the location of their work, you will also be required to travel on a regular basis.This role would therefore ideally suit a Building Surveyor with excellent project management skills who is looking for the chance to train and progress within a specialist industry.The Role:Project managing surveysOverseeing Inspections & SurveyingLeading small teamsSpecialist training providedRegular travel£30,000 - £35,000 + Site Pay (£30/day) + Training + Progression + BenefitsThe Person:Experience as a Building SurveyorStrong project management skillsAbility to lead and organise surveysCommutable to WatfordMust have a full UK driving licence and UK Passport
