Chief Maintenance Engineer (Marine)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Company Benefits

Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Chief Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading specialist in the Marine industry where you will work in a team of skilled engineers and work on technically interesting equipment.

This well-established, marine engineering company specialise in vessel maintenance and repairs. Their strong market share and wide range of services has meant they are going from strength to strength and are looking to expand. Due to this, they are actively looking to recruit a Chief Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.

This role will include you following ISM protocols and assisting in the ship yard with warranty work, repairs and upkeep of the new event ship that is currently in project. You will crew for events and also go down to the docks.

In this position you will be working on a variety of boats ranging from smaller privates yachts to large commercial vessels, carrying out a range of services including repairs, diagnostics, refits and general maintenance. This leading company also offers to provide you with further training courses, in order for you to progress both in your career and through the company as it continues to expand.

This position would suit an experienced Chief Maintenance Engineer looking to further their career within a continuously growing company.

The Person:Holds a STCW 95 certificate and ENG1Experience in Marine Engineering and MaintenanceLocated in Central or East London is desirableFull UK Driving LicenceMust have a UK passport
