Are you an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer looking for a challenging and autonomous position working in a team to achieve a world class volume manufacturing site?
Amongst many selling points for this role (progression, training, growing company) one stand out is that this is a fascinating and unique working environment.The position is with a global manufacturing leader in the materials engineering sector, and this site has grown rapidly due to investment and increased demand for its products.The focus and purpose of this position will be to improve processes, products and production across the site, and then lead small projects to implement new products or improvements across the sites.
The role
Full time permanent role within a unique manufacturing sectorDevelop a technical understanding of existing processes.and analyse them using mapping techniquesIdentifying and deliver improvement projects, reporting on project progress to senior management team.Involved in investigating customer queries and complaints including root cause analysis
To apply you should have:Degree in Mechanical or manufacturing engineeringWorking experience within manufacturing ideally focusing on process improvement workA strong understanding of lean manufacturing, FMEA and root cause analysis
