Are you looking to join a growing business where you will have an exciting future where you can progress whilst working on interesting projects?This dynamic, forward thinking business specialise in the design, development and delivery of shop fit out construction projects across the UK. They work with high profile clients in the industry and have seen massive growth over the past few years and are looking to expand the team. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in their Gloucester office to provide their knowledge and technical skills to help drive the division and company forward.In this role, you will be required to manage subcontractors across multiple sites, oversee the entire project and ensure quality is met to clients specifications. Alongside this, you will be responsible for liaising with Head of Contracts to feedback progress updates and work closely with the on-site construction staff to make sure everything is on schedule and within budget. You will also be able to read drawings, set out the site and manage each project efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of work.This exciting opportunity would therefore ideally suit someone with previous shop fitting experience either as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager, but experienced in managing multiple projects at any one time.
