This specialist maintenance business provide expertise and a bespoke service with a tailored client focus - offering a range of services including concrete structural repairs, ground remediation and geotechnical solutions. Their portfolio of work includes residential, commercial and civil engineering sectors including basements, bridges, commercial and industrial buildings. Due to their impressive order book and continued growth, they are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced lead Estimator. They actively look to recruit people that can grow alongside the business' success, encouraging a 'promote from within' culture.
In this role you will manage a team of Estimators to ensure you deliver on all projects and contribute to the success of the company . You will be involved in activities including but not limited to; ensuring all tender correspondence is recorded and logged, reviewing contents of tender preparation, preparing tender queries and clarifications and reviewing subcontract tender submissions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator with experience in civil construction, with the desire to manage and contribute to the growth of the company. The candidate must show they are willing to progress within the company and have interest in the construction market.

The Role :
Preparing detailed cost budgets and estimates for projects
Ensure client guidelines and specifications are adhered to
Maintain relationships with existing clients
