Clients have included: BOSCH, OLIVER & Reckitt Pedigree: Our team has over 25 years experience designing, implementing and optimising marketing technology solutions Web Quality & User Experience Project AnalystRole: Due to the growth of one of our global clients we are looking for a Web Experience Analyst and you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our clients' market brand websites.
The Web Experience Analyst will provide governance and hands-on management of website quality through issue management, website accessibility and user experience management together with solid communication and reporting. You will also create ways of working and documentation and a feedback mechanism that allows constant improvement of quality of web output and website performance. You will act as a trusted provider of quality guidance and expertise for both Website Factory colleagues, our requestors, and our partners and excellent stakeholder management is a must. You will have experience in reviewing website quality and accessibility using tools / platforms. Proficiency in setting up and managing the use of a platform (updating dictionaries, building & sharing dashboards, user access / permissions, data collection and integration) will be required. Experience with automated quality and accessibility tools would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: + Web Accessibility and user experience management using a tool - evaluating issues, management of tool, building and sharing dashboards, user management, supporting data collection and integration
+ Issue management - prioritisation, issue scope and supporting BA to define requirements for changes, supporting market engagements)
+ Routine reporting - progress tracking / reporting by website, manage dashboards and report formats, evaluate trends, track website performance
+ Web change quality management - track web page scores, manage scope, report on webpage scores, trends and impacts, share QA issues back to developers
+ Partner liaison - share feedback and manage quality, spot trends and mitigate repeat errors, feed content / design learnings into briefing documents, content matrices & quality checks About You: You will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of: + Content
+ SEO
+ Accessibility - WCAG 2.1 AA
+ Web development technical practices
+ Silktide (preferred but not necessary) Analytical: + Assessing checks and exploring root cause of issues
+ Spotting patterns in issues across multiple sites
+ Attention to detail in exploring specific issues
+ Identifying approaches and solutions to various issues Critical thinking: + Learning about multiple types of issues and checks, spanning content to development
+ Create ways of working and documentation for scope of work
+ Prioritising issues based on multiple factors
+ Building business cases for investment into improvements
+ Self-driving approach to work management Communication: + Presenting and leading comms to a wide range of stakeholders
+ Building relationships with stakeholders to create environment for feedback and improvements
