The purpose of your role Digital infrastructure is increasingly at the heart of Police Now's programme delivery and associated operations.Supporting the IT Manager in getting the best from existing systems and proactively and reactively managing system maintenance and development, this role is responsible for the administration, support and development of key strategic systems (including Microsoft 365, Salesforce and our LMS) . Working with key stakeholders to continually develop our digital ecosystem to ensure our systems deliver a competitive advantage, empower data-based decision making and ultimately maximise our impact as an organisation. You'll also be expected to use your skills to support the wider responsibilities of the IT team supporting IT projects, data governance, IT security, GDPR and general day to day IT processes and procedures. Key responsibilities Management, configuration, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of strategic systems (Docebo, Momentum, Salesforce, Microsoft) Supporting the adoption and development of strategic systems, in particular Salesforce as the ‘single source of the truth' for organisational and programmatic data & insight Assisting the IT Manager in delivering the roadmap of development of Police Now's systems using both traditional and agile project management methodologies to ensure strong change governance as well as agility in reprioritising based on organisational need Continuous stakeholder and vendor engagement, communication, and feedback End-user support, training and development Support wider IT team as required What you'll need A genuine commitment to and connection with Police Now's mission and leadership principles LMS or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) administration experience Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced certification preferable) Microsoft 365 administration experience (Collaboration, Compliance, Security and Sharepoint preferable along with certification) Strong project management skills, specifically experience with software & system implementation and change Knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and how these are practically applied to digital platforms & projects Excellent oral and written communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to influence Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills What you'll get from us A bright, airy, modern and buzzing office in Zone 1.
