Webshop Consultant, Antwerp (Dutch speaker)Our client, a global partner that provides advanced, fully integrated business solutions to wholesalers, distributors, rental companies, project-driven companies and installers, is looking to onboard a Webshop Consultant.With over 40 years of experience, our client has built up industry-leading business process knowledge and expertise. They offer modern and flexible solutions that respond to the needs of trade, distribution, rental and installation. As a Webshop Consultant you optimize the customer's business processes, whereby the customer is advised and trained in the use of their webshop. Your analytical thinking skills quickly identify what needs to be done and you build a bridge between our products and the user (customer). You identify new commercial opportunities with existing customers and you actively participate in internal projects.Role Responsibilities:Identify solutions and preventive measures to improve the overall customer experienceIndependently coordinate the implementation of our client's web productsMonitoring the quality, lead time and budget for the delivery of the web shops, with attention to optimal customer satisfactionCreating knowledge and insight with existing and new customers to guarantee efficient use of the webshop productsAdvising existing and new customers about the application possibilities and use of the ERP and Webshop products. Skills expectedIn possession of a driving licenseGood knowledge of the basic functionalities and the basic structure of the ERP software is a plusKnowledge of or experience with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C # and SQLKnowledge of or experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesDutch & English fluent is required, French is a plusGood communication and listening skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
