Software Manager immediately required to manage a growing team in Bristol.  I am seeking a talented Software Manager with a strong embedded / wireless background and excellent leadership ability to build, grow and maintain the agile cross-functional teams based in Bristol.

I would love to hear from applicants who can offer strong technical backgrounds with firmware /embedded development expertise and bluetooth/ wireless communications (zigbee, wifi) expertise. Applicants should also have hands on experience in an AGILE environment and leadership experience /ability.

The Software Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Mentor, motivate and support the team members 
• Build team spirit, competence, and communication 
• In collaboration with Engineering Manager, ensure the teams are sufficiently staffed to meet the requirements for future products and deliverables.
• Recruitment in coordination with Engineering Manager
• Leadership responsibility for the team members.
