Software Manager immediately required to manage a growing team in Bristol. I am seeking a talented Software Manager with a strong embedded / wireless background and excellent leadership ability to build, grow and maintain the agile cross-functional teams based in Bristol. I would love to hear from applicants who can offer strong technical backgrounds with firmware /embedded development expertise and bluetooth/ wireless communications (zigbee, wifi) expertise. Applicants should also have hands on experience in an AGILE environment and leadership experience /ability. The Software Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Mentor, motivate and support the team members Build team spirit, competence, and communication In collaboration with Engineering Manager, ensure the teams are sufficiently staffed to meet the requirements for future products and deliverables.Recruitment in coordination with Engineering ManagerLeadership responsibility for the team members.Great opportunity here for a proven Manager or for an established Software Lead to step up into a management position with a leading global company.
