My client is a rapidly growing business bringing digital technology to the global insurance marketplace. Their technology is deployed in some of the worlds leading insurers globally including UK, USA Europe, etc providing clients with enhanced customer service and productivity. My client is once again expanding rapidly.
They seek Support Administrators who will have good general computer literacy and enjoy technical challenges. The successful candidates will also be methodical, logical and grasp concepts quickly. You will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with internal and external clients via phone, email messenger(s), etc
You may well be showing a genuine interest in IT by either doing a self-study or formal IT Course such as but certainly not limited to:
HTML
CSS
SQL
AWS
C#
Web Dev Bootcamp
It may be something similar to a Udemy online course.
