£45,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a long term role within an established and growing business? Do you want to gain experience in the Modular industry? Are you interested in the future of construction?

This company are a leading off-site, modular construction specialist company who have established a great reputation and consistently create high quality builds, which has led to extremely fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the growth of their growing and tight-knit Commercial Team.

In this role you will be involved from inception, right through to completion. This will include budget control, acquire sub-contractors and materials, arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. The office is based in Driffield, however the role is hybrid so you will only need to go in to the office once or twice per week.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on a variety of construction projects within different sectors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also be an individual who has the desire to progress in to more senior roles.
