WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to work within our Digital Workplace. This role will support the delivery of Digital Workplace Services to all Jaguar Land Rover colleagues with a specific focus on financial and operational management.

The role will involve working hand-in-hand with Product Managers to manage the business demand and oversee the Digital Workplace budget and future forecast.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

* Responsible for the management of the Digital Workplace budget and future forecast
* Work to ensure that all IT solutions and services are managed and delivered to meet business demand
* Provide insight and recommendations to improve services, partner relationships and lifecycle management
* Maintaining and growing relationships across immediate team, suppliers, wider IT organization and business domains
* Analyze problems and identify the issue including business impact and propose a resolution
* Provide input into projects by interpreting the implications on the End User environment
* Contribute to the management of supplier commercials and services, where external suppliers are used to delivering services
* Focus on continual service improvement and understanding of Digital Workplace budget and identify potential savings opportunities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Budget management and purchase order creation
* Previous experience of End User IT Solutions at a similar level
* IT Asset Management
* ITIL Service Management
* Good analytical and problem solving
* Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
* IT Project Management experience
