If you know how to design high voltage semiconductor technologies including MOSFETs, SiC, IGBT and Gate Drivers then this might be the role for you. What’s on offer / Location  Based in Switzerland an exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to join a globally renowned supplier of semiconductor technologies. You will have the chance to work on advanced designs being used at the forefront of the automotive industry, some of these designs include IGBT’s, MOSFET’s, SiC MOSFET’s and Gate Drivers. The Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will also be heavily involved in the pre-research of new semiconductors devices including GaN to keep my client ahead of the automotive industry. Overall you will be joining a new team working in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to grow further in your career. About Yourself You will have a degree in electrical or electronics engineering with a proven background in the design of devices including IGBT’s, MOSFET’s, SiC and Gate Drivers. Exposure to the automotive industry alongside analog and digital skills would be beneficial. Salary / Relocation On offer is an excellent package including benefits.
