Engineering Team Lead C# / .Net / AWS / Docker / Kubernetes About The Role:We"re looking for a fully remote Software Engineering Tech Lead to join the dynamic Haven Digital team. Leading a team of engineers as part of a cross-functional squad, this role will focus on delivering compelling end-to-end user experiences across our websites, apps, tools and systems.
Constantly driving innovation and with the customer at the heart of every decision, this role will play a key part in achieving our ambitious digital road-map which is underpinned by an equally ambitious business growth plan.
We are a fully remote team so this role can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel required to meet the team and other stakeholders.
What You"ll Do: Support your team to develop clean, quality code, leading to improved products/NPS for customers Leading by example to create an engineering culture of continuous learning and improvement " this includes being "hands on" Mentor, develop and stretch your team and act as a key stakeholder in the OKR process Build systems and approaches enabling the team to build on others "work to meet objectives Building your expertise, setting you up for continued growth with Haven - we"re looking for someone to grow with us. What We"re Looking For: Leadership Skills: Experience of leading a team in a cloud-first, cross-functional environment Customer-Centric: A core understanding of digital products, use cases, users and interactions to best build the right solution for the customer Tech Expertise: Experience of a tech stack including C#, .Net, AWS, Docker Kubernetes etc Cultural-Fit: Experience of working in a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, offering help and support to junior members of the team.
