We're looking for developers with experience of both front and back end who are interested in cross-training as a Microsoft Azure Developer, on a one-year program that includes paid training, funded certifications and work placements with some of the best brands in our sector. The opportunity: Over 11 weeks, we'll provide you with the initial training you'll need to get you up to speed with the full Microsoft Azure stack and support you to gain your industry certifications as a Full Stack Azure Developer. We'll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience, which will help you stand out in any jobs market. Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as an officially recognized Microsoft Learning Partner, we'll provide you with a custom learning and development plan, plus a personal career development coach - all to help you become the best at what you do. Once you're trained and certified, you'll work as a Microsoft Azure Developer (full stack) with one, or more, of our clients. Your role could include: Developing solutions on Azure using front end and back-end technologies like Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Spring and Angular etc. Developing API's And more! Who we're looking for: To apply for this program, you'll need a good working knowledge of both front and back-end development and have at least 1 year commercial experience to date. Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) through Java, C#, or JavaScript and some experience of JS Frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue is not essential, but is preferred. Beyond this, candidates will ideally be: Experienced in developing Cloud solutions over at least one full software development lifecycle Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodologies Experienced in either build to support, or build and release (if preferred) Comfortable working in a team environment and delivering project-based work A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field is not essential, but would be a plus.
