A well-established hospitality organisation based in Thame (Oxfordshire) are looking for a Project & Data Manager to join their team, and introduce them to Business Intelligence by providing class-leading Management Information. From this, they hope to use the insights you have generated to become a truly data-driven organisation!They are looking for someone to come into their Thame office at least 3 days per week, and you can spend the remaining 2 days working from home.You will be joining the IT Team as the only data-focused person, so will be taking real ownership of data management and reporting across the organisation. Day-to-day responsibilities will include data retrieval & data entry, developing reports in Excel and Jet Reports (no prior experience with Jet Reports is required), and maintaining the accuracy and quality of the database.You will be involved in leading a large data-focused project to help the business understand how they might improve their operations, and give them the first taste of how Business Intelligence can help them to make data-driven decisions!Requirements: Advanced Excel skillsStrong experience developing reports in any tool - e.g. Excel, SSRS, Jet Reports, Crystal Reports etc.Good experience working on data-focused projectsGood communication skillsThis is a permanent role paying up to £40,000 depending upon experience.
