This full-time customer solutions management role is remote in the US, but the successful candidate must be based in the Central Time Zone, with Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Austin, or Houston being preferred. As a flexible Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will help the customers design and rapidly implement important migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern, cloud-native solutions that fulfill their highest aspirations. You will work backward from customer objectives, utilize AWS best practices developed over thousands of engagements, and design and implement an end-to-end frictionless cloud adoption experience. In your first few weeks in this Customer Solutions Manager role, you can expect to:Orchestrate a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the overall customer's cloud transformation by collaborating with the customer and the AWS teamDemonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization and develop long-term relationships based on excellenceOwn and encourage performance excellence for the end-to-end customer cloud journey that spans IT teams, executives, and business unitsAccelerate customer adoption through education and enablement To apply for this Senior Customer Solutions Manager role, you will need 5+ years of experience directing large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of management, business benefits, and successful program completion.
