A Learning Management Systems Project Manager is required for an initial 12 month contract working 2-3 days per week on site in Birmingham. Please note that this role is inside IR35 and will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Essential Skills and experience:

*Experience of Learning Management systems

*Advanced experience of managing projects to deliver new systems, services and transformational change.

*Matrix management of multi-disciplined teams and managing suppliers and contractors.

*Project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2.

*Use of Project Management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA and standard project management controls and documents.

*Experience of managing large deployments of HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and Talent Development Systems.

Desired:

*Experience of HR systems and processes (especially SAP SuccessFactors and Recruitment and Onboarding).

*Experience of managing projects as part of a transformational programme.
